Before you commit a 20-person practice to a uniform change, send one set to the office manager and one to a hygienist or chairside lead. See it in real light, on real bodies, doing real work. The $99 lands as credit on your first team order over $500.

What is in the kit

• Two complete sets (top + pant) in the color and style you pick at checkout.
• Any two combinations of our current 13 styles — size and color per item.
• Same fabric (72/21/7 polyester/rayon/spandex, four-way stretch, water-repellent finish) as the team-order production run, so the kit is a real preview not a marketing prop.
• Care card with wash instructions and the same 365-day quality guarantee as a full order.

How the credit works

Timing

Sample kits ship in 2-5 business days from production, then SF Express International transit 6-12 business days to US addresses. Total 8-17 business days. Faster window than the full team-order production cycle because we hold core-color stock specifically for sample fulfillment.

What teams typically do with the kit

• One on the office manager. Office manager wears it for a week, gives a verdict on fit, color under reception lighting, and how it handles a real day.
• One on the chairside lead or hygienist. Whoever the staff trusts to spot whether the pants survive a real shift.
• Photo the team in it. If the verdict is yes, we use that photo to confirm the color call for the full team order. If the verdict is no, the kit cost is what you spent to know that before committing 25+ sets.

FAQ

Can the kit include embroidery?

Not yet — the sample kit is blank stock to keep the ship window short. Embroidery proofs run separately during the full team order phase.

Can we get more than two sets?

Yes, but it stops being a sample kit and becomes a small first order. Just email support@lumiscrubs.com — Saive will quote a small starter team-order at the Trial Team tier (10+ sets).

What if the size we ordered does not fit?

First exchange shipping on us, both directions. The sample kit follows the same 30-day blank return policy as everything else.

How fast can we get a full team order after the kit?

Trial Team and Core Team production runs 14-21 business days from quote acceptance. Multi-site and Annual programs are 21-28 days with locked dye lot.
