• Preferred color or print and backup option
• Size roster by staff member
• Logo file and embroidery placement if needed
• Target delivery date

Before production starts

We confirm inventory, order details, artwork proof, and final roster. Custom, embroidered, name-labeled, and team-packed items become final sale after approval unless defective.
