365-Day Quality Guarantee
If our build fails you in 365 days, we replace it.
LumiScrubs are produced at a multi-decade medical apparel manufacturer in the same build family as established global scrub brands. We stand behind the construction for a full year — not the marketing kind of guarantee, the real one with a clear list of what is covered.
What is covered
Non-wear-related manufacturing defects within 365 days of purchase:
- Seam splits (not caused by cutting, stretching past size, or chemical exposure)
- Severe pilling that makes the garment unwearable for shifts (factory measures pilling against the ISO 12945-2 scale; if you bring it back at Grade 3 or below, we replace)
- Major color fade in normal wash cycles (defined as a visible color shift after fewer than 30 cold washes following our care label)
- Hardware failure (drawstring tip detaching, zipper teeth missing, label peeling)
What is not covered
- Normal wear — thigh-rub friction wear, daily abrasion, fading after years of use
- Damage from bleach, chlorine disinfectants, or fabric softener (preserves the water-repellent finish)
- Cuts, snags, or chemical stains from clinical exposure
- Size or color preference changes — that is covered under the 30-day blank return policy instead
How to claim
- Email support@lumiscrubs.com with two photos: the issue, and the care label area.
- We respond within 1 business hour, Mon-Fri 9-6 ET.
- If covered, we ship a replacement within 2-5 business days from the factory.
- You do not need to ship the defective garment back. Cut the care label off and recycle/keep it.
Why we do this
The factory we work with is the same one that produces for several established global scrub brands. The build inputs — fabric, stitch, finishes — share the same quality controls. We are not gambling by offering a year. We are simply choosing not to hide behind fine print.
Most premium scrub brands keep the warranty language vague on purpose. We do not. If the build fails in a year of normal use, we make it right.
