Embroidery is the cleanest way to make a team look feel like a team. We handle stitching for team orders alongside the production cycle — no third-party embroidery shop step, no extra shipping leg, no surprise color shift between proof and bulk.

Two free revisions
Adjust position, scale, thread color, or detail. Additional revisions $25 each — rarely needed.
Stitched-out sample photo
Before the bulk run starts, we stitch on one garment and photograph it under daylight. You sign off in writing.
Pricing
Per garment, based on stitch count and position:
Standard logo, one position
$5-12 per garment depending on stitch count. Most clinic logos land in the $6-8 range.
Two positions (chest + sleeve)
Add $4-6 per garment for the second position. Discounted on the second.
Personalized names
$3-5 per garment under the chest logo or on the opposite chest. Becomes final-sale on stitch.
Rush proofs
24-hour proof is standard. 4-hour rush proof available at $25 surcharge if you have a tight deadline.
Position guide
Common placements for clinic teams:
- Left chest (most common): 3-4 inches wide, vertically centered between collarbone and chest pocket.
- Sleeve: 2-3 inches wide on the upper arm, just below the shoulder seam. Reads well on a chair-side aesthetic.
- Back yoke: larger 5-6 inch logo for practice manager / DDS roles. Less common but high impact.
- Personalized name: below the chest logo or on the opposite chest, typically 0.5-inch script in matching thread.
Thread color matching
We work from a standard palette of about 200 thread colors. If your brand color is in our palette, we match it. If it falls between two close colors, we send both swatches photographed against the garment color so you can pick.
What stays final-sale
Embroidered, personalized, and named garments become final-sale once the stitching starts. This is why the stitched-out sample photo + written sign-off step exists — that is the catch.
