Embroidery is the cleanest way to make a team look feel like a team. We handle stitching for team orders alongside the production cycle — no third-party embroidery shop step, no extra shipping leg, no surprise color shift between proof and bulk.

Adjust position, scale, thread color, or detail. Additional revisions $25 each — rarely needed.
Before the bulk run starts, we stitch on one garment and photograph it under daylight. You sign off in writing.
Per garment, based on stitch count and position:
$5-12 per garment depending on stitch count. Most clinic logos land in the $6-8 range.
Add $4-6 per garment for the second position. Discounted on the second.
$3-5 per garment under the chest logo or on the opposite chest. Becomes final-sale on stitch.
24-hour proof is standard. 4-hour rush proof available at $25 surcharge if you have a tight deadline.
Common placements for clinic teams:
We work from a standard palette of about 200 thread colors. If your brand color is in our palette, we match it. If it falls between two close colors, we send both swatches photographed against the garment color so you can pick.
Embroidered, personalized, and named garments become final-sale once the stitching starts. This is why the stitched-out sample photo + written sign-off step exists — that is the catch.
